I don't know if anyone remembers, but I did do this about 1-2 years ago mmm *w*
here's the design I did for the first ever exchange I hosted!

anyhow, this guy is a little odd to understand if I don't explain a few things
here's what;;
-the feathers/fur over their shoulder can be any length, and often act like a cloak
-those rings are rings of energy, they can absorb said energy into their body, opening
up the small third eye on their forehead, while also changing their color pallet, as well
as coloring the feathers brightly and changing the color and shape of their eyes. when this
happens their eyes become hypnotic, and the rings of color are constantly rotating!
-the goo on their tail, and coming from their eyes nose and mouth smells like peaches when
in their normal form, and like grapes in their hypnotic form
-they are very tall and lanky!
-tongue in hypnotic form mimics their eyes in their hypnotic form
-they are a FOX, not a wolf or a dog, hence their thinner snout and small nose
