Mishka was born to a pack far away, the Pack of Broken Hills. She fought to the top, eventually claiming leadership of the pack in a hostile takeover. Mishka became alpha female at 2 years of age. However, a harsh storm flooded her camp, killing almost all of her pack. She and her mate barely escaped alive, along with their omega and one pup. They began to travel, almost as loners. Her mate caught the yellow-sickness, which drove him mad and eventually killed him. During her morning, the omega tried to run off with her pup. Mishka chased them, and in her anger wounded the omega badly. A few nights later, the omega mysteriously disappeared, most likely having run off under the cover of night. Mishka struggled to provide for her last remaining pack member during the now cold months of winter, and her pup froze to death.

Mishka then began traveling again, eventually finding the Maki pack. She now resides there, but still has deep anger brewing inside.
