I guess if you wanted to fit her into the story, it would depend on her personality.

For instance, if she had a very girly, timid personality, your group/person might meet this kitty cat while she was in the city, maybe help her with a problem, and she would follow you there on. That's how you traditionally get friends in Skyrim.

However, if she were a fiery lion, the group/person you want them to interact with might help them in a fight, saving her from death. Or, maybe, she might challenge your character to a fight or contest of sorts, and you would decide in the end who won. If Kinora won, you would probably have to do another task to make her a follower. If your character won, she would respect you, and maybe want to learn under your person. That would make for some funny scenes, I bet.
Concerning her weapons, this, too, might depend on personality, but it would lean towards interest. For instance, does she like long range, close range, heavy, medium, or light?

Oh no the problem is I originally made her as a child that was taken in by Selina and Marcurio after she was orphaned(Right now she is like 9 this is her as a adult) but I realize she doesn't fit very into their story but I like her character to much (personality appearing and name) so I need to eaither put her somewhere else or make her, her own story probably in a different country or make new characters for her to get adopted
I will probably put her in hammerfell maybe in with a redguard couple that used to travel around looking for artifacts or maybe in Elsweyr

Sounds like you have a good idea for her! It's good to know that she's a child, because that definitely limits how Selina and Marcurio find and adopt her. I suppose Selina would most likely see jobs or want to go to Elsweyr, so perhaps that would be best. However, whatever you think would be best for the story is fine by me.

Oh she finds her because Ki,nora and her family were passing through Skyrim when their wagon got attacked by a dragon and Selina fought it off and found the little girl under a wagon
The thing is Marcurio and Selina having a child in their home that early on doesn't quite work with their narrative
