Itzal ~ Character

Not my best picture of him. Some back story is needed I think. Itzal is Meera's mate. He's a character I've been building for some time. SO I tried drawing him. Not sure what I think of this outcome though...

He's supposed to be able to glow. That worked in this picture I think.
