This dude is based off of Zacharie from Off as well as the Spectres.
He has a thick build (thick tail, thick neck)
He has an incredibly small face and holes at the edges of his cheeks exposing some of his teeth, gums, and muscle. His front teeth are always showing as his lips cannot completely cover them.
He has a frog like pouch on his neck and chest which does NOT expand as it is already bloated, to most it just looks like a semi-translucent sack with no real purpose.
His hair (including mane) are about the only bits of hair he has besides the odd, thin, straight hair that juts from his neck and top of tail where it meets his body. (near his legs his fur is kind of like peach fuzz, while the waist up is hairless and feels kind of rubbery)
He has droopy, tired eyes to match his squished face.
I think that's about it!
It was really fun finishing this dude as an artist entry, I might make some more based off of other characters from OFF. :V
