Welcome to Rosewood Ranch adoptable sim!

This is a semi-free custom horse adoptable sim with interactive features. Here, you can train your horse and enter them into competitions to win prizes! You can also buy items from the store to pretty up your horses. I hope you enjoy it!

Since this is a sim. You will have to make sure your horses are fed, exercised, and their stable is kept clean. You can purchase food from the store, once food has been purchased it will be added to your horse’s food trough. A date will be written next to it so you know when your food will run out. C:
To exercise your horse, simply post the form below saying that you are exercising your horse. Horses need to be exercised once every 2 days. Their stable needs to be cleaned every 5 days and it costs 300rb. All forms are to be posted on your horse’s page, NOT on the main thread. If your horses needs are not met, you will be unable to train them or enter them into competitions. You will be warned after a week that your horse is not in good health. If the horse’s needs are not met after 3 weeks then they will be seized and placed in the rescue center for someone else to adopt.

|| Competitions ||
There are 4 types of competitions in this sim: Dressage, Endurance race, Jumping, and Racing. In order to enter one of these completions you must have a horse with at least a basic saddle, blanket, and bridle. Then, you just simply fill out the form for entering a race of your choice. Race results will be posted once every slot has been filled. Training will increase your chances of winning. c:

In order to improve your horse’s results in competitions, you will need to train your horse! You may train your horse for 3 times each day. Training is free!

Breeding is a large part of this sim right next to competitions!
Your must own your horse for 3 days before you are allowed to breed them and you must purchase a breeding license. You only need to buy the breeding license once. Stallions horses have unlimited breeding slots, while mares have a limit of 10 breedings. You can breed with your own horses or with others through studding.
You may put up your horses for public or private stud and other owners can pay you to breed their horse with yours. With public stud, anyone can breed to your horse and you will not be asked for permission. With private stud, if someone wants to breed with your horse they will have to get your approval.

Breeding info: Breedings will always result in one foal, unless a twin potion is used.
Female horses are pregnant for 2 days and will be unable to participate in competitions and may only be trained once a day. Once they have had their foal they will be unable to breed for 5 days.
Foals will be foals for one week and will be able to be trained once a day. After one week they will become adults and will be able to participate in competitions.

Your first 2 breedings between your own horses are free. After that it will cost 800rb per breeding.
If you want to breed with a horse up for private stud, you must post the breeding request on that horse’s page.

If you no longer want your horse you may choose to give them up to be re-adopted in the Rescue center. Simply tell me that you no longer want your horse and they will be put up for adoption.
To adopt a horse from the Rescue center you must pay 800rb and fill out a form for them.
