So I noticed that the cord spine was continued all the way up the back when I saw how the neck was structured in the sketch, so I hope I did it right.

As for where they live; Well, they're basically cats that were created in a lab trying to figure out a clean energy source so, as you may imagine, they just kind of live around/with people!

And, as for those who decide to sport energy saving bulbs, they're actually more energetic because their brains produce excess energy, which is spent by running around even more than normal!

Ah, that does make sense! So perhaps for the background a lab setting? I can try to do a couple options and you can pick and choose.
