Mythical Creatures [Town Hall]

Timer is off because I kept stopping to message a friend and was doing things and just left it up.

This is a MAJOR MAJOR work in progress...
I'm already remaking viewtopic.php?f=52&t=3141514
So if you want to get to know and understand this adoption center read things there but I am going to change things, TRY and complicate things less. The Fan Club will be the same but I'll just need to edit it a bit
