Our Oekaki is designed for illustration, digital painting, or other forms of 2D visual art. Animation, such as that in a GIF, is considered "time based media." You need a lot of pictures strung together to create the illusion of movement, and you need the images to occur within a timeline. It's not the same as normal 2D art.
The Oekaki isn't the best program for this, and it also can break one of our rules; you're not allowed to spam, or post a similar thing multiple times, on the website.
I would suggest Googling GIMP or Flipnote Studio if you would like to make your own animations. If you are looking for an advanced program, try looking into ToonBoom or Adobe Flash CC. These are the programs you should use to make animations, not Oekaki where it is difficult and you run the risk of getting in trouble for spam. =)
