What is a Groovy Smoothie? A Groovy Smoothie is a creature
that is part dog and part smoothie! Groovy Smoothies come
in many different colors and many different smoothie flavors-
although you can't actually have the smoothie, as it's just
for show- which makes them very adorable companions! They
are generally happy-go-lucky and friendly little balls of fluff
and fruit, so you will rarely find a grumpy or sad Groovie!
They make great companions and pets as they are loyal and
super affectionate!

☀ Groovie Moderator Rules ☀

☀ You may own up to 11 Groovies!*
☀ One of the Groovies may be a custom.**
☀ Always handle complications in a friendly, respectful matter.
☀ If you feel that it is not appropriate for you to respond to a post on the Groovie thread that is against chickensmoothie rules, please report the problem to an actual chickensmoothie moderator.

☀ Groovie Artist Rules ☀

☀ You may own up to 12 Groovies, two of which are customs.*
☀ You can make a custom for yourself even if custom slots are closed.**
☀ Once you make 5 adoptable Groovies, you can make your first custom. It can be common or uncommon.
☀ Once you make 15 adoptable Groovies, you can make your second custom. It can be common, uncommon, or rare.
☀ Ask me before doing major line edits & making rare or rare+ adoptable Groovies.

☀ More About Groovy Smoothies ☀
Singular: Groovy Smoothie ☀ Plural: Groovy Smoothies
Nickname: Groovie or Groovies (Plural)

Diet

☀ Groovies generally eat fruit. They do, however,
love to eat sweet snacks like candy and chocolate!
In rare cases, some even love eating vegetables.
Personality

☀ Groovies are usually friendly and sociable creatures; however, each Groovie does have its own distinct personality.
Smoothies

☀ All Groovies contain some type of smoothie within them! These smoothies are typically made of fruit combined with other ingredients, but some Groovies can be found with a vegetable smoothie! However, vegetable smoothies are rare in Groovies. A Groovie will never not have a smoothie.
Size

☀ Groovies are small critters! They weigh from five to ten pounds.
Social

☀ Most Groovies love to socialize! They generally enjoy playing with other Groovies. Because of their social behavior, many Groovies do form packs.
Relationships

☀ Once a Groovie finds its match, it mates for life! Two Groovies may breed and be mates regardless of their genders!

☀ How do I adopt a Groovie?
Under the picture of the Groovie on this page, there will be tiny images of other Groovies below it! Click the Groovie that you want to adopt and see if it is up for adoption. If it is up for adoption, follow the artist's instructions on how to adopt it! You may need to fill out a form or make a piece of artwork to adopt it!

☀ Can I become an artist for the Groovie adoptables?
If the artist search is open, then yes, you can!

☀ Can I get a custom?
If custom slots are open, you can!

☀ I never seem to win a Groovie. How do I win one?
Don't be upset if you don't win a Groovie! There will be many other chances to win one <3 ! Make sure to check out the adoptables often- there may be a first-come-first-serve Groovie up for adoption! Also, check to see if the custom slots are open! Maybe you can get a custom Groovie!

☀ Can I make/color my own Groovie?
If you're not an artist for the Groovie adoptables, then no, you cannot. This is a closed species, meaning Groovie artists can only make Groovies to put up for adoption! But you can adopt a Groovie or place a custom order if slots are open!
