The easiest way to share a FireAlpaca drawing would be to first save the work as a PNG or JPG. Then you would hit "post reply" like normal (make sure it isn't the "quick reply.") Look under where you'd type and you'll see "upload attachment." Hit "choose file" and then "add the file."

You can use this feature to post external drawings. =) Just remember to only upload what is CS-appropriate and also to not spam.
