I opened up a slightly oldish sketchbook and found a sketch of an attempt on his demon form.
All it the sketch is just him with bangs covering his eyes and a note next to it saying "don't look into his eyes"

So in his demon form he has two tails, more yellowish-orange eyes, bangs covering his eyes, and glowing eyes.
~
Beware this demon's eyes, behind his long bangs are two bright yellowish eyes that glow with black surrounding them. Stare at/into them for too long and you may lose yourself (to dance....haha I had to make a dumb Daft Punk joke...okay back to the text) in them, or you may find yourself under his control to do whatever he wants. You may also find your vision start to blur and darken, only for you to wake up in some strange place.

So his abilities are
Mind control
Hypnosis

All I can imagine is Demon Callie with her demon foxes surrounding her, almost like she's their leader.
