Suddenly the clouds around her shift and begin to move, eventually getting lost within the other clouds that surround the area she lives in.

She can move and shape her clouds at will. (What if she were to shift them into a cloud beard...almost what some people would do if they were in a bath filled with bubbles)

Her Abilities include
~Cloud Manipulation (cloud creating, moving, transforming/shifting, etc.)
~Teleportation (she can teleport...when she does she'll "evaporate" (lack of a better word) into clouds then reform/condense in the location of her choosing)
~Cloud mimicry she can create clones of herself and that are essentially made up of clouds
~Water Manipulation
~Cloud Walking
~Water walking
~Cloud flight/riding
