Username: Stargazing
Doll Name: Her actual name is Willow, but people sometimes call her Window
Shadow Name: Glass
Doll's Personality: Willow has a deep fascination with portals and other dimensions, thus her nickname. She is able to travel freely through them with Glass on her head. Willow also has chosen to live by the seaside, on a little wooden cottage beside a mountainous hill overlooking a sea. In there, she works on her potions and spells; she is a workaholic and spends lots of time on this. Willow also feels a connection to the sea, for the reason that she was born in it. She will sometimes turn into water and just float on the ocean's surface. Willow is deeply protective of her necklace, for reasons nobody else knows why. Willow has a fear of clowns, spiders, graveyards and alleyways. The dark doesn't ever bother her, and she knows no such thing as an 'awkward silence'. Willow's conversation skills aren't always the best, however, and will sometimes leave abruptly if feeling too nervous.
Other notes of personality:
- Introvert
- Stargazer
- Doesn't talk much, usually only to Glass or shadow creations
- Hardly sees other people
- Wants a family and will sometimes user her spells to make little shadowy children that she can care for
- Is fond of cats
- Gets headaches when away from saltwater; for this reason she always carries a vial of saltwater on the end of Glass
- Doesn't need to eat and rarely does
Doll's Origin: When she was lifeless, Willow was a doll for a young girl given to her by her best friend. When the girl grew up to a teenager, she abandoned Willow and her other toys in a cardboard box outside the house. That's when Glass formed the contract with Willow.
Shadow's Personality: Glass is a kind and caring soul. She helps Willow out whenever she can, and strives to have a function other than providing a life. Glass's personality isn't currently well-developed, due to her recently finding Willow and starting a personality.
Shadow's Origin: Glass was originally a hair ribbon that actually belonged to the former owner of Willow. Once, when the little girl was walking and holding her hair ribbon, a gust of wind carried it to an alley where Glass developed as a shadow.
Shadow's Function: Glass lets Willow travel between worlds if the doll is wearing her. She also provides some much-needed company to her doll. Her final function is the little vial of saltwater she holds; Willow will hold it and she won't get her headaches.
Doll and Shadow Relationship: As stated above, Glass is the only soul that Willow will really talk to, indicating a deep relationship and sense of trust. Glass will also listen well, showing that this isn't a one-sided relationship. These two will share secrets to each other, and consider each other their 'best friend'. Willow is grateful to Glass for her kindness, and knows that her shadow will always help out.
