a fan art of sorts for my character Citria <3 who i love ever so much ^^

she is a mermaid who was kidnapped at the age of fifteen (Now 20)
she has a really big tank, and doesnt have anything to do all day but sit around and talk to the fish she saved from eating
she doesnt speak any human language, and uses an assortment of vibrations and frequencies to communicate, some what like a dolphin. She could be taught human language though and is a quick learner if the humans took time to teach her to do so, however, she is merely a pet of a rich man that doesnt really care much that she cant talk his language.
