What is an Opalica?
[Oh-pal-ick-uh]
An Opalica is a semi aquatic species found along the shorelines and water regions of tropical areas, except for Africa.
Opalicas are relatively new in findings, and have only recently begun documentation, only few have ever been brought in for scientific evidence.
They appear to be semi aquatic reptilian (such as water serpents and crocodiles), hippos, and an unidentifiable species of land mammal in the canine lineage.
Each Opalica possesses 1-2 embedded stone/s somewhere on their body that's purpose is unknown, however, they look like opals, but are made with a new element called Voparous that genetically possesses different colors based on the heritage of the Opalica.
Opalicas are harmless for the most part, and don't mind other beings meander around them, however, no one should ever under estimate a wild animal. A cluster of Opalica can range between six to eight adults alone, and can become very protective and defensive in situations where they feel threatened.
