In the tribe Tonbo came from, a dragonfly is an accursed being that is said to bring demons in it's wake. Being named a word that means Dragonfly was a massive insult to not only herself but her family. Ashamed, she fled the tribe and embraced her name's meaning as if to defy the legend of her tribe, thus the golden rings that decorate her body.
