IMPORTANT RULES
- General:
- Respect must be mutual. No matter if you're competing, judging, or just watching, disrespect will not be tolerated.
- All rules must be read before registry.
- If any inquiries arise, please pm me with the title "HARPG question"
- Anyone who owns a tolter may join!
Stock Use and Art:
I understand that some users may not use oekaki to enter art. Please follow these rules for using stock.
- References are allowed, but only if the stock used is indeed stock and the owner has permitted as such.
- If you use a background, always credit the owner of the stock in your entry.
- Tracing is allowed, but you must link the stock image provided. If it isn't the entry will not be included in the results.
- Art from any other individual other than yourself is NOT allowed. This includes free to use lines, pre-made greyscales, editables, commissions, excluding pre-made backgrounds.
- You may not enter art of your tolter winning. Art of preparation, training, or anything else before the show will give you extra points, but are not required.
Registration:
- You may only enter if you own a tolter.
- Registration needs to be sent via PM to the person running the show.
- Please read the restrictions of the show before entering your tolter.
- Make sure you have working links, I won't go hunting for the tolter, or the art.
- Once you've registered your tolter and it's official show name, you must contact the runner of a show [current or previous] in order for awards to remain valid.
- Your tolters identification number is the tolters adoption number. [ex: 1195 for Magnus]
Horses and entering:
- Realistically, only tolters that are 2 weeks older than their creation date may be entered. This is to ensure that no foals will be entering.
- The classes are not gender specific, and whoever runs the show may not make it as such.
- All horses can enter as many classes each.
- A stable may enter as many horses as they want, as long as they have the commitment to do so. The exception is if the competition is one with specific entrant qualifications.
Entries:
- Writing entries have to include the tolter's identification number somewhere on the writing. [ex: before the writing, or after]
- Art entries have to include the identification number somewhere on the tolter. [A paper tacked to saddle, or on the back of the rider. Regardless, it must be visible.]
- Entries may not be completed before registration.
- Barn links, adoption page, and any extra art must be linked separately when your entry is submitted.
Donations of pets, art, and slots are greatly appreciated!
