EDIT: changed the design bc I wasn't happy with it so now it's monochrome and kinda boring but i like it more than the other design

Custom tail + tail shine + slit pupils

I really wanted to do something with that blue color bc it's one of my fav colors, so.

Timer is probably about an hour off.
