Bonnie doesn't see gossip as anything but a fun pastime; which is,
well, quite mean of her, really. Going in tune with the song you
based her design off of, Bonnie views gossip as an entertainment
source for her own amusement and nothing else. She uses gossip
to keep herself entertained and amused; otherwise she finds herself
rather apathetic and dreary. Sure it's not a good thing to do, she
knows that, but it's what keeps her attention, so it's what she does.
In the grand scheme of things she views gossip as more or less a
cycle of life and retribution; all people gossip, whether they mean
to or not, people will leak little tidbits of information against a
person, so she sees her gossipping as karma coming back to get
those others before her who hurt people. However, a vast majority
of her interest in gossip is her own selfish need to stay entertained.
