username: hufflepuff.
show name: shakespeare's sonnet
barn name: william
gender: stallion
personality: given that his name is based off the famous playwright and beautiful poet william shakespeare, you'd think that "tolter william" would be soft and gentle. wright? (if you do not get my pun good gosh i'm sorry). wrong. will is a hardcore, wannabe, head of the barn type of stallion. he wants to be the very best at everything. and i mean, everything. he is also very picky and whiny. for instance, if you were to leave his oats out for too long, will will (omg ha, once again i'm sorry) stomp until you bring him another bag. will is also the ladies man. so don't trust this guy. he's quite a special tolter.
niceness: okay so this is about my friend O. she is very popular, and hangs out with all the cool guys. sometimes she can be so selfish and mean, i won't even want to speak to her. she never eats at lunch because she tries to be skinny, which she already is. O never uses simple common manners like please and thank you, and she always talks back to her teachers. i moved and came to a new school. i tried to befriend her on the second day, not knowing her story and issues. O gradually accepted my acquaintanceship. one day, a few weeks before holiday break, i saw her weeping at a lunch table all by herself. i sat across from her that day and asked her what was wrong. "nothing," she said to me. minutes later, i asked O again. "oh N," (N is me) she said, "something terrible has happened." i felt awful, even though i didn't know what had happened. i wanted to help, but i had nothing i could give to her and i did not know what to say. oh wait, i did have something, something i received from a teacher earlier that day. i pulled it out from my purse and handed it to her. a pineapple flavored lollipop (not my favorite, but). she lifted her head up and wiped her eyes. she looked at the lollipop, and then back at me. O smiled. she picked up the lollipop and then said something no one thought would ever come out of her mouth. "thank you." it was a genuine, simple, thank you. ever since that day, O has been a much better friend to me and a lot nicer to everyone else. her simple words and smile reminded me to always be nice. O's kindness in those two words, changed my outlook on life.
extra: i will be writing a sonnet about william. my sonnet will be in shakespeare's ryhme scheme. ababcdcdefefgg. sonnets are fourteen lines long, don't normally make sense, and are ten syllables each line.
liver chestnut roan tobiano, that horse
is so feisty and whiny you can see.
but under that dashing handsome coat coarse,
he is just a horse longing to be free.
his muscles sore from aching to get out
into the forest and the clear glass wind.
but now, he is just waiting, and pout.
and so are blind men wish to see blind.
but when he came to rowan creek stables,
his heart filled with joy as he saw other
rescued horses who's lives were now stable.
they could run with great speed, one another.
standing in the pastures of clover green
william wondered where all he had been.
