I chose a wildlife/nature picture to draw. New Brunswick is known as the `picture province` so I decided to have a scenery in the background. There is a deer, a cabin, along with a forest all in this.
As I mentioned before, there is a deer. The type is a white-tailed deer. White-tailed deer are native to Canada and are also hunted. These fellas come in brown, beige, black, to even white(albino)! The one I drew is a buck/stag, a male. You can tell it's a male by its antlers. Did you know that the white-tailed deer has over 30 subspecies?
There is also a log cabin not too far away from the deer. Cabins can be just logs with the bark still on it, they can be cut into wood planks. Then there's some that are painted and everything. Cabins are usually used as a shelter for hunters, campers, or just a place to play and walk in the woods.
The forest represents the forests in New Brunswick. These forests are full of trees, leaves, and fun. These forests go 'round in a full season cycle. If you don't know them, they're fall, when the leaves begin to fall on all the trees. Winter, when frosty snow covers the whole forest, like a white blanket. Spring, when the `winter blanket`, begins to melt. Rain mostly occurs in spring. Then there's summer, it's a really nice season to go to the beach. Also, summer is my favorite season of all the seasons.
