Meet Angelica! She's my special custom and also the sister to Vesuvius. She is to air as what Vesuvius is to the earth. I will elaborate further on this when I have time :> Angelica lives in an apartment and carries out her life like a regular RPW, while she is actually looking for Vesuvius since they got separated. Like Vesuvius, she has an extended lifespan. She can control winds without her paint, and her paint has the ability to create clouds that can make others drunk, dazed, sleepy, etc. She has another form that she rarely shows to others, too.
