Okay, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon is here! Here's chapter one:

"You okay, kid?"
I opened my eyes. A green face stared back at me. I gave a yelp of surprise and sat up. Where am I? Who am I? My name... what is my name... oh... Timothy. My name is Timothy. At least I remember that... but nothing else... oh, wait. I'm a human. I remember that, too.
But the thing staring at me was not. It was tall... green... if I didn't know any better, I'd say it was a Pokémon!
"Are you okay?" it repeated. I could tell by the voice that it was male. "Erm... yeah," I said.
He looked at me quizzically. "What's a little Eevee like yourself doing out here?"
EEVEE?!
I looked at my foot. It was a paw. I was an Eevee! I was really a Pokémon! "I don't know," I said truthfully. "I think I have amnesia. I don't know where I am... or how I got here..."
The green Pokémon reached out his clawed hand and pulled me up into a standing position. "I'm Jaikuro," he said. "Jaikuro the Grovyle." I twitched my new tail absentmindedly(it felt so weird to have a tail).
"I'm... Timothy."

That's all for now! The chapters will vary in length, and I'm making this up as I go along... but it gets better, so stay tuned!
