The first child born to E. Claire & Nilla Wafer was Sundae, a loving daughter with quite a sweet tooth!
From the time she was born little Sundae was always a momma's girl, trailing after Claire and trying to do everything she did. Cooking, cleaning, singing, dancing, shopping, sewing... if momma did it Sundae had to do it too. It was no surprise when the girl declared she'd one day take over her mother's store and rename it Sundae's Fashion at the tender age of 8. What was surprising is that she actually tried! A week later Nilla awoke to strange banging noises coming from outside the window. When he went out to investigate he found Sundae nailing a crudely painted piece of plywood over her mother's shop sign. Just as she promised it read "Sundae's Fashion" in barely legible handwriting. Instead of taking it down he helped her build a much nicer sign so they could have a laugh at Claire's reaction together.
These days Sundae isn't quite as pushy but she definitely has big plans! Instead of taking over Claire's store, Sundae now hopes to open a boutique in a big city one day. She dreams of being one of the most famous fashion designers in the world, a household name known around the world! Oh how she'd love to see her dresses on the runways of Fashion Week...
For now she's finishing up high school and designs all sorts of clothing in her spare time. She has a part-time job writing restaurant reviews (focused on dessert, of course) for Sucrose Times, the city's newspaper, to fund her expensive fabric tastes. She collaborates with her mother on quite a few lines, generally focusing on hair accessories and big poofy dresses.
