Introducing: Lithium!

Lithium is one of my characters I made a while ago using Paint (I adore him. It was before I got GIMP) and I'm looking to revamp him soon (Myself or someone else). I saw this and immediately thought of my cheeky little guy :3 Here's his ref, it tells you pretty much all you need to know! :D
