From what I've understood, those who own Whiptail dragons are able to give them "powers"?? If thats the case, then Lagia's powers consist of electricity! :00 When angered, his spikes are capable of generating some pretty major statics/shocks (of course, at his own will) - dont make him mad! >:] yes i decided electricity over ice even tho he's a "frostbite" babe hehehe

Lagia is a solitary Whiptail dragon - a highly introverted individual who prefers to "walk alone". He may appear calm and ignorant, but when Lagia is angered, he's truly a fearsome sight to behold. As Lagia's power makes him quite dangerous, however, he tries not to let himself get angered too quickly, as he truly does not mean to hurt others for little or no reason. Apart from being a bit dangerous, Lagia is inquisitive, bold, unsocial, and dismissive of compliments and insults alike. Inquisitive, Lagia is often found roaming around the world with no true reason or goal. Lagia is also notably bold - making it easier for him to investigate his surroundings without having a fear of the unknown. As he goes long distances when traveling, it is no surprise that Lagia comes across other individuals - sometimes making friends despite his unsocial trait. Befriending Lagia is often not difficult as long as he isn't constantly judged for what he says and what he does. Though he never takes any insults to heart, he is well aware that anyone who says something that appears to be offensive under his point of view will not earn his friendship or (easily earned) forgiveness. As long as Lagia is given a bit of respect and distance, he isn't hard to befriend and sometimes catches himself turning more talkative.
Powersss: Though it isn't clearly visible, Lagia's spines are capable of severe electrical shocks/statics when he's angered. The only way one is able to tell when they're at risk of being shocked is when Lagia takes on an aggressive and intimidating posture - along with baring his teeth as a warning. Lagia only displays such a pose when he is threatened/attacked, put in a situation he feels ridiculously uncomfortable in (e.g. in a huge crowd of people in which he's the center of attention), and/or when his friends are in danger. Once he is triggered, however, Lagia uses his whip-like tail as a weapon - generating electricity with the spines on his head and back which flows into his tail spines and can be used to shock others or simply give a less-severe static once he whips em'. Aside from his electrical power, Lagia is also capable of enduring severely cold environments without trouble or (much) discomfort.
Diet: Lagia loves eating meat despite the fact that he doesn't have the heart to wipe an innocent creature's life away himself. Additionally, Lagia does not eat carrion. That being said, Lagia turns to the civilized side of life to eat meat - grabbing whatever he can from the butchery when nobody's looking #thuglife //SHOT Lagia also enjoys eating cookies and pastries, however!
