Volks are immortal nocturne wolf-like creatures, found by humans in a foreign planet a few years ago. Volks do not breed and the birth of these creatures is still unknown.
Their main features are very long ears and tail, feathers on their cheek fur and tail and long and sharp claws. Their pupils are always the exact same color as the iris, making it look like they have no pupil at all. Their feathers, nose, claws, ear fur and tongue glow in the dark. Their size is close to a wolf's. Volks are very agile creatures due to their slim bodies, making it easy for them to escape in any kind of situations. They can easily swim and climb trees. Volks have an omnivore diet, even though they feed mostly on fruits.
Volks are smart creatures, extremely friendly and curious. Some of them are usually tamed by humans before reaching their maturity. Once you tame a wolf, both you and your wolf receive the same marking on the same body part, representing your bond. Some markings are simple and some markings are complex - the complexity of the marking matches the effort of the taming process.

What is in their necklace: Silvanus' necklace is filled with the golden nectar of an extremely rare flower. Drinking even a single drop of it is said to cure any living being of any illness, even those deemed incurable.

How did they get it// Why are they wearing it: Silvanus' keeps the location of the flower he got the nectar from a secret, fearing that someone would abuse its power. He wears it because he's seen his fair share of death - not only because of natural causes and diseases, but also because of war and other inhuman reasons. He lost someone very dear to him to an illness once, and swore to try his best and heal any sick individual he would encounter on his travels

Inside his neckless is something truly fascinating. No one really knows what it is, but it can easily be compared to a liquefied star. The neckless is warm to the touch and in the right light, looks as though it is liquid fire. In darkness it releases a faint glow, with shining, glittering particles being seen radiating from it.
How did they get it// Why are they wearing it
Acacio got this neckless from an old sorcerer he worked with. Many believe magic and such do not exist, but Acacio was open minded. However, the sorcerer fell ill and Acacio had to look after him. However, the sorcerer grew worried for Acacio's health as he to often fell ill and quite easily. So, the sorcerer told Acacio to look in one of his drawers for a special neckless that would keep all illnesses away from him. Acacio didn't want to accept at first, as he knew the neckless was originally owned by the sorcerer's deceased spouse. But eventually, the sorcerer insisted that Acacio takes it.
Acacio thankfully didn't fall ill and the sorcerer thankfully recovered.
This all happened when Acacio was fairly young and now as a strong adult, he had left the sorcerer to explore the world but the sorcerer insisted he kept the neckless as a memento of where Acacio first dug his roots, while also telling Acacio he must return and visit him at times, as the sorcerer said he would greatly miss him and would want to see him again.
