Eee! Cute! Such an adorable species! :3 This is Vicocookie (VEE - COH - COO - KEY), and he is based off of another character from elsewhere, but only his colours, and he does not represent the character I am talking about. If he could talk, his voice would actually sound like a chipmunk.
