Its Azurill!

Azurill says hi! I decided to put a background on this one (my others had just white backgrounds) and I think it turned out pretty good. I thought Azurill would be easy to draw but I was wrong. But I like it and hopefully other people will too.

Wow! Its really good. Maybe Intermediate? If you work a bit more on the back ground than probly.
