Inspiration: Basically, I'm trying to make a city/slum; this guy is currently a part of it. He's probably an agent of some sort. If this guy could be kind of shady, as though he's into some bad business, that would be cool. And it's be a fun contrast to his seemingly cheerful color palette. Anything you want to add is fine; this is still in development.
Any edits you want included: A very long, thin tail with a fluffy and maybe slightly curly poof at the end?

The purple and the stripe layer can be adjusted as far as opacity goes, I wasn't
sure how vibrant/faded you liked so I left it up to you. I also have all the colors I used
