Don't try to squeeze the whole body if you draw only the belly.Actually,you should practice,practice,practice, and draw, draw, draw.You will find your favorite ways to draw.and try to take your time,though this picture IS pretty good for 10 minutes and 11 seconds!

I think to make it more realistic, make fur lines following his fur, and maybe looking at a real cat.
