Yes, me. I finally got my tablet to work with ChibiPaint.

But uh, I still have to work out some technicalities (Like why does the pen tool look blotchy) so if you can help me out, that'll be great.

Have you tried using smoothing? I recently discovered it and I found that it helps a lot with lineart! If not, I'd recommend using it on a setting of 80% +.
