Pretty much one of the most drastic change since I was last on this site for an extended period of time is the fact that I can now draw people.

So yeah have a redraw. Hand and arm is kinda crappy since I was trying something I am not comfortable or skilled with. I don't even play neopets anymore but I like this character design.

Also shading is really lazy I was in a hurry

edit: I'm going make her hair longer in the front soon
