★ What is a Celestial Dragon? ★
Celestial Dragons(CDs) are a small breed of dragon, closely related to Fu Dogs. They have a silky, ethereal mane that swirls and shines like a galaxy. They are typically the size of a fox, and are covered in a thin coat of soft fur. Their pupils are star shaped, and every CD has a star marking in their coat or mane. Please make sure to read the species rules before trying out!

This is going to be a guessing game with a twist! You are guessing what shiny pokemon this guy is loosely based on, but you can also give me a little backstory or reasoning for having their bells(which are not related to the pokemon they're based on).

Two runner ups will be chosen based on their name and backstory given, who will get to pm me 2-3 shiny pokemon and get a runner up design loosely based on one of their chosen pokemon!

Also, obviously breaking any rules of the species(namely the main one about orientation) will disqualify you.

(btw, if the pokemon this is based on has an evolution or pre-evolution, I will also accept those as answers since shiny colors tend to carry over!)

about the bells; Celesse tied some bells to her tail because she was having difficulty sleeping alone in the dark. She was frightened by just about anything and night lights cast even scarier shadows on the wall, so having something she could directly control helped her get over her fear of the dark. She chimes them when she has nightmares and whenever she feels anxiety. They're not too loud, but just loud enough for them to make a difference.

about the bells; They were part of an old toy they once had. The toy was very special to them and as a child they would always carry it around. The main reason being that they were always a bit awkward and didn't do well with making friends, so the toy would keep them company. However, as they got older, they started getting criticized for it, and how they were too old to have toys. Feeling embarrassed, they eventually stopped bringing it with them, but they felt strangely lonely without it, so as a coping method, they just took the bells. The ringing of the bells reminds them of this toy, and brings back old childhood memories now.

about the bells; First, the one around his wrist. It was given to him when he was young, as a gift from his mother. He's kept them ever since, and it is always there to remind him to be kind to others, like his mother was. The one around his tail was given to him by his father when he was ready to live on his own. That bell is to remind him to be strong and independent, no matter the situation, like his father was. He keeps the bells very close to his heart, as he is forever grateful for his parents love and guidance.
