Wind Prancers are a cross between a greyhound and a hairless Chinese Crested dog. They aren't hairless anywhere; they actually have short, fine fur where a Chinese Crested would be hairless. Puppies are the size of a Chinese Crested adults, adults are the size of an adult greyhound, and a teen's size is somewhere in between. They are known as the fastest, most beautiful domestic dog breed.

These dogs are very popular pets, they are very loyal to their owners. They are also friendly, and aware of strangers. They are recognized by the AKC and are in the Hound group. They can compete in agility, greyhound, and many other dog shows. They need to be fed every day.
The breed originated from Africa. If you go to Africa, you can often see Wind Prancers hunting gazelles in the fields for their African owners.

5. Don't steal other users' Wind Prancers.
6. For now, users may own 5 Wind Prancers. Staff can own 7.
7. You can gift yours, but you cannot trade.
8. If you want to put your Wind Prancer up for readoption, PM the artist who made it and they will put it up for readoption.
9. These are a closed species, so normal users cannot have customs. Customs are reserved for staff.
10. You may not sell your Wind Prancers for profit.
11. And finally, if you get three strikes you will be banned. So try to keep yourself out of trouble!

3. Try to make 2-3 adoptables every 2 weeks.
4. Please keep all adoptables appropriate.
5. You may make 4 customs, but please keep to 1 per month.
6. The teen lines are only for growths. You must use the adult lines for normal adoptables. However, your custom can be a teen.
7. You aren't limited to natural colors; you can use neons, pastels, etc.
8. For the sake of our eyes, please do not use too much neon.
9. And finally, if you break one of these rules at any time, unless its an accident (Which you PM me about), you will lose your position but you'll gain no strikes.

3. You must make your custom after making all three adoptables. Once you've made your custom, you will be demoted to a normal user.
4. If you don't make any adoptables within 3 weeks of being a guest artist, you will also be demoted. If you're on vacation, PM me about it and I'll keep you in your position until you return.
5. If you break a rule here, unless it's an accident, you will lose your position without gaining a strike.
