Barly is quite the runner, and he should be considering he's based on the flash, Kid Flash, and Impulse. As much as I love Kid Flash, Barly takes after him the least, because Kid Flash's colors aren't really in similar placements as the other two. So he's got Kid flash's eyes and his chillness.

Thanks, but all the credit for the lines, shading, highlighting, background, and foreground goes to Neara. The only thing I did was color in the character, smug, and duplicate the line and color layer layer twice to give it the speedy affect (as well as move and change the opacity of those layers), and add those two lines behind it... I forgot to erase those.
