This guy or girl was based off of Flash, Kid flash, and Impulse. Needless to say, I've been watching Young Justice and am extremely upset that it ended on season two. I don't really have a name for this character yet, but I want it to kinda be like a combination of Bart, Berry, and Wally. Maybe Barly... or Spreedy or something. XD
