What is a Fantasma?

Fantasmas, or ghosts, in Spanish, are catlike creatures that,
despite their creepy appearance, are quite kind and free spirited.

Do not take your Fantasma off CS.

Official artists are allowed to make unlimited Fantasmas.

Please don't make line edits without asking me first.

Please take your time, don't make sloppy deigns or a Fantasma with no design.

Please don't make any designs that hurt your eyes. For example, one with lots of neon colors.

Please don't copy any previous Fantasma designs or base your design on a character from a show.

If you are unsure about a design, ask me before posting.

Artists are allowed to make three customs [ not all at once
please ] and guest artists are allowed to make one custom.

Guest artists are allowed to make six Fantasmas
[ one of which could be a custom ] and afterwards,
I'll decide if I want them to stay as guest artists,
make them official artists, or let them go.

Why do you want to become an artist?: I want to become a bit more experienced in making Oekaki designs, and I really like this species!
Do you own/are a part of another adoption center on the Oekaki boards?: Yes!
If so, which one[s] [please provide links]?: I have Keere, my species, but it's still a work in progress.
Do you have other experience with the Oekaki?: Yes.
If so, with/for what [please provide links]?: I've tried out for full artist at Telebeanies, and I've done other color-ins before.
