Just one of my favorite pets dressed up as me-ish?
The tail-mouth used as extra teeth, the green contacts from this Halloween, the skeleton hoodie from last Halloween, the sketchbook, pencil, messenger bag, and the RPG empty heart container overhead from the store.

That constitutes 7 items, as far as I know. It said it was 7 items when I picked 'em, so yeah...
