She looks great!A couple things =D

Where her tail is closer to the floor,it's a darker clor,then halfway it's a little lighter than the dark color,and at the top it is the same bright blue.
To do the bubbles just place Opacity to around 60-80 and place random white dots in different sizes on my sona's tail.None touching though.

Would you mind adding an accesory? XD

Like this dark green vine around her other tail split,twirling around to meet at the end with an oreo at the end. Also she has little black claws
