Cithadrels are a crossbreed of gryphons, foxes and dogs. These mammals carry small jewels of the same colour from birth to death, it is their life source. The jewel around the Cithadrels necks keeps the mammal alive, if it was broken or lost, that Cithadrel would die. The two jewels around the tail carry very important things to the Cithadrels including family, allies, territory and even special memories in the Cithadrel's life.
Cithadrels always have a mane that runs from the head to the middle of the tail and can even have extra fur on the mane from the head to the bottom of the neck. Some Cithadrels are born with wings or can be given a special potion so that the wingless can develop customised wings.
