I apologize for not being able to finish this yesterday on Halloween, but I've been working on this pic for a while and wasn't able to work on it at all yesterday.

So, here's my actual Halloween pic for 2015, and I went with some Pokemon since there are a number of eerie Pokes. Also cause I love drawing Pokemon. XD
