Backstory: Lime grew up a happy kit, but he was a bit different form everyone. Everybody bullied him, but there was one Vixen with red fur named Strawberry who was like him, different. They played through the long days together not letting anyone bother them, they were as happy as two foxes could get. One day there was a massive storm so the foxes and their families had to move. Their homes were destroyed but Lime and Strawberry were still together. In the new territory Strawberry met a group of boys, she didn't mind them, they were great to hang out with but the problem was that they were bullying Lime. Lime hated them, they were so mean to him, annoying him all the time, pushing and shoving him, sometimes even hitting and hurting him. Strawberry stayed by Limes side. One day Lime said something to Strawberry, something bad, he was angry and he didn't mean to, but Strawberry never forgave him. Strawberry went off with one of the males in the group and had a kit. Lime turned bitter and hateful, always regretting the thing he said to Strawberry. He loved Strawberry very much, as much as one could, but she went off with one he hated the most and had a kit.... what was he meant to do? Lime heard rumors of a hunter coming to kill the father of the kit, Strawberries Mate, because he killed a chicken on the farmers farm. Lime went to find the leader of the Skulk (group of foxes) and asked him to protect Strawberry and her family. The leader said "what will you give me in return? Lime?" Lime looked at him "anything..to keep her safe". The day Lime had been dreading had came, the leader said that he would hide them, but hunter came. He shot Strawberry and her mate, but left the Kit behind, Lime was there after the shooting he walked into the now quiet burrow, saw the males dead body then walked in further, he could now hear the kits quiet cries, he walked into the nursery chamber and collapsed, there her body laid, her gorgeous red fur still alive like a fire but her green eyes closed, she was dead. the kit was the only thing Lime had left of Strawberry, she had her mothers eyes...... after the kit grew up and left the den he promised to protect her but never to tell her or anyone that he loved her mum or that he was protecting her, after all he was still bitter and full of hate, he also had a reputation of being mean to maintain. He was mean and bitter towards the child, but he was constantly trying to protect her from danger. Many times he saved her from the hunter, and many of those times were very close calls.
