The mastermind. He was honestly inspired by the character Mastermind the NightWing from Wings of Fire, in case you were wondering, or if you even know what Wings of Fire is. But either way, he's an evil mastermind wolf, and he does experiments on innocent creatures for "research." This is him deducting his notes and using the DNA and blood to experiment and replicate things like venom or self-defense mechanisms. Hope you like!
