Your eye shading is pretty good, but one thing you could do is give the eye more of a defined upper and lower lid. Look at some picture of your favorite characters (or art styles) and observe the basic shapes that get repeated. Or, look at real eyes and try to map out the shapes used there. It's all about the style you want to develop, since everyone's art is like a fingerprint: individual to them.
