I was scared out of my mind at this one!

The tears are actually the doctor's tears. It's a bit of an alt ending where he gets consumed by the flesh eaters, all his regeneration die with them and Donna and River song take the Tardis and go on adventures together instead.

That sounds cool! Ive thought up ALOT of alt endings to tons of different stuff.
