Seneca Crane from the Hunger Games movie. A favorite of mine so I had to dress him up. With as close to his fabulous beard as I could get on here. There's a couple different things on here for him...
The arrow through the apple for the training session in which Katniss shot an apple "near his head".
The ham from the same scene. The "Who ordered the pig?" comment immediately came to mind when I wanted to make him.
The dog is kinda supposed to be a mutt? I dunno I liked it.
The match is kind of the "sparking the rebellion" and he used fire against Katniss.
And of course some berries, though I wouldn't suggest you eat them.
President Snow: Hope. It is the only thing stronger than fear. A little hope is effective. A lot of hope is dangerous. A spark is fine, as long as it's contained.
