My Skyrim OC, Outelissa {khajiit}, who is a member of the Dark Brotherhood, dressed as an ice
wraith from the deep depths of snowy caverns that lie within areas corrupted in harsh climates. Perhaps she used ashes that she plucked from the remains of the beast? Is there a shout for that? Nah.
