I've been meaning to do some Halloween art for ages, even though it's only the last day of September. I decided to try out this style of art after seeing it in the forums, and for my first attempt I think it's pretty good. Intermediate yet?
Oh, and the bg is based off some awesome Halloween socks I got last night. They're knee high with purple and black stripes. Another pair has hearts and a skull and glow in the dark :3.
